�԰ɵ�� is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our faculty team to teach our Practical Nurse Diploma and Bachelor of Science – Nursing programs. If you are looking for an opportunity to teach the next generation of nurses, we have a position for you!

As a nursing instructor, you will teach students in the classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings with flexibility for face-to-face and online course delivery.

Different types of work

Part-Time
This role is ideal for those looking to try out teaching for a short period of time.

One part-time position teaching a course in Mental Health from June to July.
Multiple part-time opportunities begin in August. Part-time Instructors have varying start/end dates between August and December.

Sessional
This role is ideal for those looking to jump into teaching, build relationships with students and really experience what it feels like to be a nurse educator at �԰ɵ��.

Sessional instructors typically work full-time from August to April, with possible opportunities from December to August.

Continuous Probationary
This role is ideal for those with teaching experience looking to make an impact on the Practical Nursing program, building curriculum and ensuring ongoing program success.

Conditionally Funded Continuous Probationary Instructors will join �԰ɵ�� permanently, probationary status, in August.

Flexible Delivery

While most courses will be offered on Main Campus or Online, there are opportunities for instructors to work in rural areas: Drumheller, Ponoka, Rocky Mountain House, Stettler and Three Hills.
Class times will take place during the day & evening and can be in-person and/or remote. There are also Saturday teaching opportunities for our part-time student cohort.
Our instructors have flexibility to do non-instructional work like grading and course preparations during the time that works best for them. You’ll be asked questions as part of this application to help the hiring team determine which type of role could work best for you.
